- Waxing: Nice, smooth, long lasting results. Damages the skin if done too often. Can aggravate acne! Best used only for eyebrows and upper lip. Not a good choice for beginners, you can burn yourself or rip off your eyebrows.
- Epilating: Same as above, but won’t damage skin. I would not let this anywhere near my eyebrows!
- Tweezing: A good choice for keeping up with the shape of your eyebrows. If doing your own shaping, be careful not to over-tweeze! Wouldn’t recommend it for any other kind of facial hair.
- Bleaching: Very good method for fine hair on the cheeks, chin, etc. Use on your upper lip ONLY if you have extremely fine hair, otherwise you will still have a mustache, just a blond one. Yikes! Also, also do the allergy test beforehand!
- Shaving: Either with creams, small shapers, or electrical trimmers, it’s a fast choice. Fast, but be careful not to shave off an eyebrow or something. If you have very dark hair, this will leave a grayish shadow under the skin. Hair grows back quickly, but easy to remove again!
